I was told that I have 7 days to return my phone if I don't like it so I called the store and they told me as long as I don't have 60 or more talk minutes on my phone I can exchange it for another phone so I go to the store to exchange it and then they tell me that I would lose my new phone number ugh when I was down in Philly at another Metro store to transfer my mom's contacts over to her new phone they told me I would have this problem with them and sure enough I did.. GO TO ANOTHER STORE THEY ARE INDEPENDENTLY OWNED
